June 2009 - it's Summertime and the living is "easy" - well not so easy for some of us… June seems to be a pretty busy month for me, for a number of reasons but I am not complaining! Hopefully, you are all having a great time dancing and/or calling as well as enjoying (or planning) some sort of Summer-Break. Whatever you are doing, I hope that it all works out along the lines that you had anticipated and leaves you "re-charged" and ready for the next "recruiting" season! The news this month concerns the Sting and Snow Standing Order Offer.

You may recall that we launched this almost ten years ago and that the offer comprised a deal whereby - if you agreed to buy every tune that we released, for a minimum of twelve months, from Hanhurst's (dosado.com) - then you would pay a reduced price-per-record (one dollar less than the usual retail price being charged by Hanhurst's). In addition, when you signed up to the offer, we would also send you a bundle of 12 records - absolutely free (except for postage) - these twelve records would be selected, by us, from our previous releases.

In 2006 we extended this offer, to allow you to choose the option of CDs (instead of Vinyl) at the one-dollar discounted price. This allowed the subscribers to the Sting and Snow Standing Order Offer to receive any alternative versions of the instrumental (e.g. with or without harmony voices) that may be available.

I am pleased to announce that - with immediate effect - we can now offer the deal on MP3s, so you can now choose between CDs, Vinyl or MP3s. Please note that either of the digital media options (CDs or MP3s) will also include any alternative versions of the instrumental (e.g. with or without harmony voices) that may be available!

If you are an existing subscriber to the Sting and Snow Standing Order Offer and would like to switch to MP3s (or CDs), just let Hanhurst's know. If you are not yet a subscriber but would like to subscribe to the Sting and Snow Standing Order Offer, as a new customer, we will still send you the 12 free records (as mentioned above); please note that the 12 free records will be vinyl (not CDs or MP3s) but new releases will be supplied in the media of your choice (CDs, Vinyl or MP3s).
